GuyID uses Didit as its identity verification provider. Depending on the check, you may be asked for a government ID, a selfie, or a liveness check. Government-ID images are processed by Didit. GuyID does not store raw government-ID images in its own database or storage and requests deletion of the provider session after a final decision or when a session ends without one. Provider-side processing and retention after that request remain subject to Didit's settings and applicable law.

Yes. Premium is $12.99/month, billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel from your dashboard; paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Account deletion removes your public profile and begins deletion or de-identification under the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.

The Free plan still includes core identity signals and vouches. Premium never changes an earned trust score, tier, badge, or directory position.

No. Identity verification confirms selected identity signals. It is not a background check and does not guarantee safety, character, or intent. Use your own judgment, meet in appropriate public settings, and report concerning behavior.

Yes. You can cancel from Account Settings at any time. Refunds are handled according to the Terms of Service and applicable law; GuyID does not advertise an unconditional refund guarantee.
